Hi, I have a 2016 Vogue AB and it comes standard with in control secure for three years from new, although I've bought several cars with this feature and when the dealership set it up some actually set up an extension to the secure system whilst others don't, so I imagine it actually costs the dealership.

Coincidentally I have a 17 plate Vogue SE, registered last March by Inchcape, and purchased last July by myself. Today, I received a Tracker renewal membership forwarded to me by the dealer. I thought that my vehicle would have LR Incontrol tracker as standard for 3 years as my 2 prior RRS had this also. I meant to call the dealer ref this today, but forgot. Maybe the finance director of Inchcape who originally owned the car had an additional Tracker installed as well, but there’s no mention of it in the handbook/supplied docs.

All sorted. Called the dealer and he changed the account over. |
