Timed climate / park heater

Hi,
I believe from reading other posts that it is standard fit on a tdv8.
My car shows this on the menu, and the manual mentions a remote control, so I am hoping I can simply buy a remote.
Or does it need to be enabled by a dealer ?

buy the correct remote and it can be paired by removing a fuse at the rear fuse box..do a search and look in the wiki.. ... - .- -.
