I didn't think anything should be in there, other than the phone handset in the centre for those that were equipped. The little compartments either side are for coins etc, with the longer slots perfect for pens.

I've put an iPod in the centre bit and routed the cable through the hole into the lower compartment to plug into the interface.

Yes, it looks as though 2 very specifically shaped items are missing.

The rear entertainment remote housing (in rear seat armrest) looks like there's something missing from there too!

I guess the cubby space is maybe for a torch or phone handset & something? Perhaps not standard equipment - but purchasable as an accessory.. I'll check the Land Rover user guide..

one is for pen and other for Magna light.
