HVAC 0x4102 Park Heater

Hi All,

We have a strange issue where out webasto runs when the engine is running (hot exhaust fumes etc) but will only run 1 in maybe 20 when parked. Battery is new and fully charged.

The only fault code we have is HVAC 0x4102 "Park heater message disturbance - Short circuit to ground" however I cannot find anything to expand on this as a nice place to start the trouble shooting.

Any heads up would be greatly appreciated Mr. Green its cold out... Rolling with laughter

Thanks,

Tom

Had the FBH on the bench today, with the webasto Thermo Test software it was obvious that the circulation pump was dead.

New pump fitted, back on the car and it’s fired every time so far, and no sign of 0002 error codes.

Mr. Green
