You can retrofit a petrol FBH I think. Dan_uk_1984 has a post on here ref his attempts.

Thank you buddy - I've been looking at them on ebay - I'll have a look for Dan's post

The only problem is that I have replaced the factory stereo screen with a Carplay head unit.

Debating whether to do that or to install a remote engine starter
