its a common problem on the early FFs Dave...water gets trapped in the door lock and then freezes...it happened to mine and i took the lock out and dried it and packed loads of grease in to repel any water...some have been successful with wd40.. ... - .- -.

Mine went this morning. Is it broken? Internal handle still triggers unlock bt nothing happens with the external;-( |

Like WD40. But also contains ptfe. Great for squirting into locks and preventing ice up. |
