It's an ad that talks a lot and says nothing. Not sure what a "domestic" sale is but it seems to be intimating this is not a trade sale so comes with none of the protection that a trader should offer.

It’s averaged over 20K miles a year so it’s obviously been well serviced.

later in the advert - there’s no proper history with it.

haha no service history on a quarter million mile car. where is my cheque book.

To be fair, it does look very tidy and if it wasn't well serviced it would have died with half that mileage.
