Anyone tried this method of demolition?

1. Slice up the wall with a concrete saw like this.

2. Drill a hole in the wall.

3. Put a strong piece of steel through.

4. Put a 50 ton bottle jack underneath.

5. Jack it up.

Pretty much. Just enlarging my back passage and rebuilding the summer house.
