I am after a better look for my l322.
It is a 2011 model and has 20" wheels on it but they sit a bit narrow looking if you know what i mean.
Is it advisable to run spacers ? Or am i better getting some different wheels with a wider off set ?

i contemplated doing this on my old td6 a while back cos the rears seem to far in the wheel arch..

i posted here on the forum and the consensus was that it wasn't advisable..in the end i bought some RRS wheels which are an extra inch wider .. ... - .- -.

I wouldn't recommend a plain spacer which simply goes between the wheel and the hub ... I really wouldn't like to lose any of the thread depth on the nut to stud join.

I think as long as you run spacers which are the hub centric ones, you would be ok. You don't seem to get them in anything less than 25mm depth due to them needing space to bolt properly onto the existing studs.

Trouble is that 25mm is quite a jump outwards too. You start to get to the look of it being too wide. I have toyed with the idea myself ( and even have the persmission from the boss ). But there have been other things to spend the money one .... like petrol !  V8 or else ...

aftermarket rims are a waste of time, they can't handle the FF's weight and the rubbish roads we have..

i would go for genuine land rover rims ,be it 22 or smaller...more cost but less hassle. ... - .- -.
