It may not be the bulb, it could be the igniter. So a diagnosis is required but £90 does seem steep. |

Ah right, so the technician needs to plug his machine in then? I am beginning to fall out of love with Range Rovers! its just a light bulb , why does it have to involve a bloody computer diagnostic. Yes I see why, but do we really need this level of complexity? 2006 S/C owned from new. Black, sand with black inserts. Shes a thirsty girl. ( now gone)

If you can get to it, i would swap it over to the other side to confirm...but I'm not familiar with the 405. |

Assuming you have the Diesel ? then its a case of undo the jubilee clamps from each of the air filter boxes behind each headlight then lift up and out and swap the bulbs left to right to diagnose , you still need small fingers and good glasses and a dry environment to do it though . |

thank you. I have given up and booked with another dealer who is not charging for a diagnostic. looks like he will be having a new order coming his way ! 2006 S/C owned from new. Black, sand with black inserts. Shes a thirsty girl. ( now gone)
