Do the hand brake adjustment procedure it's in the WM something to do with holding the handbrake switch up. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

If the epb isnt holding you will need to manually adjust it before doing the reset procedure from the WM. Basicallly you move the cog till you cant move the wheel anymore then back it of about 3 clicks then do the reset procedure. Theres an excellent guide here for brakes although for a disco 3 same type of system and work involved. Hope its ok to the post the link to a sister site but i found this very useful.

Hub bushes won't cause a vibration that bad
