Help needed td6 transfail safe after grind n rumble from box

Hello all 2005 td6 had the box done a yr ago n been great then today driving down motorway a sudden grumble n judder then transfail safe on screen and now pulls away drives but not correct gears and no reverse any ideas would be great and also if you insert fuse into 37 can u take it out to drive / limp forward again
