I'm a bit "flat earth" Stan so like to use the old ways. Postimage, which I've used, is the same process as Photobucket which keeps my life simple.

Surely using the forum is far easier?

I am typing this and underneath I have a big button saying "Choose Photos".

You then hit upload and it shows it underneath the post.

Click on it say here.....

And it is added for you.

Plus the forum doesn't end up with loads of decent threads with missing images if others chose to go the way of photobucket in the future.

Half the Wiki is not useless as most of it was done in pictures that are now just missing.

Admittedly, anything I had done will be the same with the photos missing. Photobucket just ruined it I think. V8 or else ...

I always add images to either the forums or my own ftp/web space, every broadband/fibre provider tends to give you a few GB of space, and you know it is safe.

Photobucket were bang out of order to do what they did imho. They could have given more warning. Porsche 911 (996)

we all have a gallery on here and adding pics to it is pretty straight forwards using the post page buttons and just clicking it into the post. Used to be more complicated but Martin simplified it a year or so back and it works pretty well now. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
