Adaptive dynamics fault suspension feels bouncy ??

Hi everyone
My Range Rover 2010 tdv8 has come up with a fault, adaptive dynamics fault and the suspension feels very bouncy as such anyone got ideas what it could be ?

Chances are the fine wires located under one of the front suspension turret tops have frayed. Remove the two silver screws and black disc cover to have a look. Could be either side.

Taping up any fraying should do the trick. Thumbs Up 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

There is a replacement loom part for it. If it's that^.

But that would be the first place to look.

Cheers guys tried this last night got passenger side off all looked ok but couldn't get drivers side off which more likely were the break is !!
