Really don't think so, in the switch pack there is 2 circuits attached with a ribbon cable |

Surely it's just the mount that the wrong way round but the switch it's self is the same ??? |

i can't recall anyone doing this before..it does make sense that the switch itself is universal though...can you not get a pic of the switch underneath and compare to some on ebay for instance. ... - .- -.

I have a suspicion that you may well be able change the switches as you describe. The wiring diagram for each of the switches is identical.
