Update on battery drain problem

It has been three weeks since I replaced the blower resister and the battery now has that 'fully charged at all times' feel. I even left the car for two days without starting to see what happened and when I turned the key on the third day the battery turned the engine over as if it had been on charge all the time. I think I can say the replacement resister has saved the car, my
sanity and possibly my marriage (ok one or more of those claims may be over the top) it has certainly stopped me having to wonder if the battery was going to be flat every time I turned the key.... QUID FACIUM TIBI

Is there any instructions or photos for replacing this resister? Mine drains down after about five days to the point it won't start. RR History

I have to leave mine on charge semi permanently if I want to make sure it will start. RR History

One thing I would say is that it is easy to get at if you are a contortionist. I was only successful after I roped in my daughter and I will be paying for her broken nail for the next ten years. QUID FACIUM TIBI
