Apart from Americanisms they are pretty much identical.

The useful info on the UK version is things like brake disc thickness, pad depth, tyre wear depths etc.
Otherwise it is pretty much 5 pages of ticks in boxes to show that it has been inspected.

Noted it was US version but better than nothing... not too helpful as a stand alone because it doesn't outline what tolerance they have for condition of consumables etc?
