BT iid tool help

I am new to this little tool and really struggling.

Are the fault codes shown in the following screenshot normal?
I can't clear them and am so scared of doing something wrong I am starting to wonder if I should leave well alone.

What I really want is a set of reference screenshots showing me the normal state while I know the car is "fault free "

Any tips to get me more confident and help me learn would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

Also I have connected my CTEK via the towing socket as I do regularly to keep the battery topped up but I am still getting the "low battery please start engine" message even though it is reading 12.8v ?? G reg 2.5VM Vogue Portofino red 1991- 1999

I give up !!!
The ignition shut down and the voltage across the charger has gone up to 13.4v.

I have left it on charge but am confident it will be fully charged because I have done 4 journeys over 60 miles this week.

It always does this if I sit listening to the radio with the ignition on ?? G reg 2.5VM Vogue Portofino red 1991- 1999

Is this normal or have I got a problem? Or do ther users sit with the engine running whilst using the iid? G reg 2.5VM Vogue Portofino red 1991- 1999

You can ignore P040 (D) because all that is the temperature sensor on the passenger side manifold logging a fault because the temperature measured is greater than that which the sensor was designed to measure.....very common on 4.4 TDV8.

And I always have the engine running when the IID is attached.

Thanks,
I will run the engine when I try again tomorrow, obviously putting the charger on doesn't work for some reason.
The iid was showing 12.2v but a voltmeter across the charger was 13.4v ?? G reg 2.5VM Vogue Portofino red 1991- 1999

A bit late to the party really, but playing with your Tool is the answer!! Ask Stan.. Whistle
As stated always have the engine running and be brave! When I first started using mine, I lit the dash up like Blackpool Illuminations!
Remember when you first set it up it takes note of your settings, so you can reset to default if you like. Just switch it on press clear and then read the faults again. Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE
