Had a blowout on the front nearside suspension airbag.A quick look online lists buying the whole leg or the airbag separately.Since the airbag is almost half the price of the whole leg what sort of job is it to swap the airbag only and before anyone says I do plan to get both fronts ,thanks

I'm sure there's a you tube video or two on how to do it. I know I've seen it somewhere.

I know a few people have had trouble getting them to re seal due to rust on the strut itself

When replacing mine I got two from Island 4 x 4 about 250 each if I remember correctly

Unless the air spring failed prematurely and the whole strut assembly is fairly young, I would replace the whole assembly. The strut is probably not doing much if it's 10 or more years old. ______________________________
