I bought mine through eBay, if you're concered make sure you pay by PayPal, and add a credit card to your PP acc and pay with that because you can always do a "ChargeBack" if it goes wrong. So you get a double layer of protection.

Ask for shipping with a signature and full tracking to make sure that you are 100% covered by Paypal's buyer protection system.

latest software and discs yes, no idea on age...will need to uninstall it and take a look at stickers on it I guess maybe

you know you can buy these for under £400 and just download the software/nav discs ?

I bought mine off fleabay originally...shop around and you can often pick them up for £350 ish cheers
