Downhill implies something on the front axle. I'd give the bushes a good inspection. You can get similar behaviour on a Defender when the panhard rod bushes are going, which the FF doesn't have but other bushes can contribute.

Removed , checked and DTI'd the discs - all ok. Ensured re-seated flat etc and greased caliper pins. All checked out ok. Wheels torqued correctly and tyre pressures correct. Checked bushes as far as I can , but , what bushes are likely to introduce the wheel shaking as described ? Even removed and redid the rear brakes ! All were changed for Pagid discs and pads all round at the time so at a bit of a loss for now Trawled the internet but no luck so far ! |

Just fitted TDV8 19's - still does the same with stock 18's so unfortunately it seems to rule the tyres and rims out of the equation |
