Best way to change exhaust Manifolds on 2003 L322 4.4 v8

Hi all I'm thinking off changing/repairing my exhaust manifolds due to both manifolds leaking ( one worse than the other), I'm really struggling to find any info at all on how to change them so any info at all is much appreciated, thanks. Adam
