And finally, You actually need to read again what you said because it's not what you've put earlier, which was
"The court did not rule that the seller was deemed not at fault. "
and you should try to be less prone to nasty outbursts. It endears you to no one.

not after sympathy or empathy. Just telling it as it is.

Also am not aware of any "nasty outbursts"

Wow, I know I've been away from the forum for a while but since when was it full of assholes?

This guy has come on here and told his tale of woe - one which most of us are familiar with - instead of putting a hand on his shoulder and saying "chalk it up to experience buddy, don't let it get to you and move on" you're all ripping him for being "stupid".

Shame on you for not empathising with a fellow RR owner.

FYI, I was advised to "tart up my RR to hide the numerous faults and sell it" by a 'saint' on here - something which I would never do and instead have ploughed money into it. You're not the only one with Integrity - you'll always be skint because of it, but at least you'll be able to sleep at night.

Of course it's best to see and test drive the car before purchase, but it's not always possible. I purchased mine through a JLR main dealer but one that was 1000 km away in another country. I relied on many photos and had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle. I ended up being very pleased, but it's sad to hear when things don't go right.
