Sorry don't take me the wrong way I feel you pain and if the seller was a dishonest crook then shame on him (although I doubt he would care) At the same time though common sense should always prevail and you have admitted to a level of naivety.

The court did not rule that the seller was deemed not at fault. The ruling was that I had not provided enough evidence to prove my case. Not the same thing! |

I don't think Ajac said that the court ruled the seller not to be at fault but "Deemed not to be at fault" and in fairness to him that's pretty accurate.

you know what fellas, at one point, just before the case went to court, I was advised that if I would change my story and provide false evidence I had a 90% chance of winning my case. I refused to do that and lost. It seems it was easier to build a case on lies than the truth! Something very wrong there I think! |
