[For Sale] Range Rover 3.6 TDV8 Vogue SE

Hello Everyone.

The time has come for me to part with my (dec) 2006 TDV8 3.6 Vogue SE Range Rover.

The reason I'm changing is because I'm starting a new business which will involve quite alot of driving and the RR will be a tad bit expensive on the pocket in terms of fuel consumption with the mileage I will be putting up.

I bought this RR two years ago with approx 172000 miles, however at 183000 the EGR valve broke and caused damage to two pistons. I repaired this and she hasn't missed a beat since. I realise this may put some people off - but I want to be honest and upfront. I've done nearly 7,000 miles since with no problems and I'm happy to report she is working perfectly!

Parts which I've replaced in my ownership;

- 2 X Front Air Springs
- 2 X EGR Valves
- 4 New Tyres (<2000 miles ago)
- New Brakes All Round (<2000 miles ago)
- 2 X Rear Discs (<2000 miles ago)
- New front and rear bushins (<2000 miles ago)

Mileage is currently at 189200. The front bumper needs some small tidying - but overall interior and exterior is in good shape. Comes with Towbar and I will upload better pictures in due course.

The car is currently located in Ireland, but if someone was to purchase I may be able to arrange transport to anywhere in the UK. Currently out of MOT, but I hope to have this sorted within the next week, as it failed and I have since rectified the minor issues . It will have an MOT for the new owner.

It's a good car and whilst it needs some very small TLC is ready to go.

Ps - It's the Vogue SE so has all the bells and whistles. Feel free to PM me and I will send you my number if you would like a chat.

Questions welcome!

PS
Currently on private plate, but I may remove this depending on price.

Price £6700 ono.

Seems priced OK, good starting point!

More good photos needed.

Distance to come and view probably an issue for most mainland England/Wales/Scotland potential buyers?

Any issues with buying from Ireland ? .

Hi Joe.

Thanks for the message. No problem with buying from Ireland - It's registered in NI which is the same the UK. All we do if fill in the V5 and post it to Swansea.

Regarding pictures - I've taken a few more, helps give people a better idea of the car! I'll take more shortly!

PS - Forgot to mention this comes with Headphones for the Rear Seats and Remote Control for Same. Also has a Venture Cam.

Hi Peter.
How are you sorry to see your selling your beloved V8. Wish I could afford it.
Best of luck.

Hi growler! I'm good, Hope all is good with yourself!

Sorry to see her go, but no harm - I will get another one in a few years!

I had completed a deal for her with another man, he paid a small deposit some weeks ago (£150) and I'm having trouble getting the rest. Going to have to re advertise if not paid for shortly in full.

Any body interested?

Ireland 2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Td6 Buckingham Blue

It looks very very nice and at that price it should shift Thumbs Up

At this price would you consider checking the VRT for the Republic and offering it for sale there in Euro?
(My VRT check gave me 4k Euro as the fee)

Im not in the market but when i was I considered travelling anywhere for a good one at the right price.

all the best with the sale Thumbs Up

Hi Cooper.
Thanks for the message. If I was to import it into the ROI I would certainty make it a commercial. The VRT is only 650 and the tax rate on the alternative is very prohibitive for most buyers. Alas, however most are not looking for Crew Cabs which cannot be certified anymore. Sad
