No - and I've never even seen an after market one.

Some people just leave them permanently out but there's no easy option if you need it sometimes and not others

Daresay you could make one if so inclined. We use a firm in birmingham for sprung drums, they can make them to size.

Thinking outside the box, LR do a retractible mesh load guard that fits just above the parcel shelf. I wonder if one of those could be disassembled, vinyl used to replace the mesh and the body of the housing turned 90 degrees backwards in the end caps so it still fits in the same place......

It would 'only' be a case of fitting something near the tailgate to hold the vinyl in the unwound position.

Can't copy and paste link on this tablet, does anyone know how to do it ? desktop pc is broken so having to use this tablet with one of those swipe pads for a mouse, can't figure out how to copy and paste (I'm an old git)
