Must have been a suggestion from the "good ideas" marketing people........seriously dropped the ball on that one IMHO

Just to maintain the off thread discussion.... is the offset plate not a Disco feature? Its been there since day one.

I appreciate the new Disco seems to exaggerate the feature a little but it is still a good looking motor overall.

In Australia we had a car I think it was called Stavic or some strange name, from China it had the same awful rear end.
I do not like the back end on the new Discovery, the rest of the car is very nice!

I like the new Discovery. Nothing wrong with asymmetry in design.

Was at a LR event in Largs today. Did the uppy/downy course in the new Discovery. It's still an ugly looking beast.
