United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover HSE Td6 Galway Green
L322 Wing Mirror auto adjust problem

Hi guys,
2003 TD6 with a problem with the wing mirror, when selecting reverse the mirror angles down fine, but never comes all the way back up to the correct position. So each time i reverse it gets worse so that i have to manually adjust it back up.

Is there a way i can force it to remember the driving position? Or any sensors i can adjust to fix this?

I'm aware I can turn it off but i actually like to be able to see the curb on the offside when reversing so like the feature.

Many thanks

Mine sometimes dips on reverse, then doesn't un-dip. My workaround is to put it back into reverse then out of reverse again which usually wakes it up. Probably related. 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped Smile

I had this on my 2004 car. I think what was required was cleaning and lubrication of the parts inside the mirror housing. Only Range Rovers since 1988
