Crikey, John, that must have been a nasty shock!
Happily no injuries, though, apart from to your pride ... and joy!
Hope you get it sorted without too much hassle. Will be interesting to hear what the 'expert' has to say.
Steve

It's "bébéchoon", ackcherly, with accents. 'Steve' to my chums.
20 years ownership of Solihull products, ALL GONE NOW, sniff!
Current motor: Suzuki S-Cross 4WD auto, 1.4 petrol. Oh so reliable! 7 years now and no problems. Oh, all right then, a leaking shocker replaced under guarantee.

Thanks for the comments.

Steve, Will see what the "expert" says. There are mutliple panels on both sides as, in trying to avoid her, I clipped the left front of her vehicle knocking out the left light clusters then ran down the left side of mine. I was then pushed across to the right and scraped along the wall in the picture damaging the right light clusters and panels and doors on that side. The damage extends to and includes the rear bumper. Did a Constat but, as you know , nothing happening today (Ascension Thursday). Hopefully they won't have taken "le pont" Confused

Still can't get Photobucket to add the clip, which I managed to shorten thanks to Freddie the Fish. Thumbs Up John

Don't know how well this video link will work: https://vimeo.com/218938247

Best turn down your volume for the end comments. Whistle Wink

PS. Seems to be a problem with it as it jumps from just before the collision to the end. John

Plays fine here, definitely should be played with the volume up, a lot minder that would have come out of my mouth.

No excuse fore the other driver, had plenty of time to see you coming and didn't look like she ever hit the brakes.

I think you did well avoiding her and could have been a lot worse but I think the wall probably did a lot of damage.

Thanks, Hamlet. It would have been better without the wall Very Happy

The house is her father's and he was more worried about five or six tiles off the top than anything else.

Also her car was only a week old Shocked I think she wasn't paying enough attention and then panicked. John

I think she was looking where she wanted to go instead of looking where she was actually going.

John,

So sorry to see that you had an accident.
Glad that you are ok!
Good that you were in a big safe Range Rover.

Not nice to see the car that you took such good care of damaged.
Hope it can be repaired and if not you'll just have to find an even nicer one.

Daniel
