My little water leak

Has been traced by the Indy to be a small rubber pipe that runs UNDER the Supercharger and associated oil cooler, Censored design, on the upside I might get some change out of a grand. My first experience of a really expensive, money pit, stupid design from JLR - ah well its the first one in 5 years of ownership Very Happy Geoff

Well at last got it back, no longer will I smile at the cost of replacing blown turbo's on diesels. 800 quid to fix a water leak thanks to a triumph of design on the engine.

However I can still be smug that my petrol engine is back in fashion as it only destroys the planet with its CO2 emissions and does not (if we believe what we read) poison babies and pollute locally with NOX - you pays your money you makes your choice. Rolling with laughter Geoff

👍 excellent... there are quite a few questionable construction decisions all over the car... starter motor bolt placement being another true classic 🙄 Current: Supercharged 06 FFRR in Java Black
