Folding Wing Mirrors

This is a question for all you guys and gals with 2010 on cars. Is there a way of stopping the wing mirrors from folding when the car is locked and unlocked? None of the other L322 variants have done this it's always been on the button on the door. Is there a way of switching these off with an IID tool?

waiting for mine to arrive, can't wait to have a play and see what can be achieved.

Any help and advice as ever appreciated. Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

looks like the iidtool will switch it off but when the mirrors fold its a good visual indication that the FF is locked.. ... - .- -.

Thanks for the reply Stan! I just don't see any point in wearing out motors for the sake of it, just my opinion. Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

Most owners want theirs to do this, especially those that can't be configured to do so....

It sort of annoys me too, as I often go in it but don't drive, like cleaning it or killing some time on lunch at work.....

The mirrors are in and out that much I'm surprised it doesn't take off..... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
