Oh yes I have seen those - thought you were talking about something in the 60's when I was 8!

Do you think if I keep telling myself that I won't still be very envious of you Emperor..............................
One thing I don't envy you though is trying to drive it home in the snow and on icy roads with even more idiots out there than is usual - I hope it was delivered to your house on a covered transporter. I believe one of the Disco3 guys does "home deliveries" of Astons for one of the dealers down south - towing a covered trailer behind his D3.
That's beautiful car and did I mention that I might just be a tiny bit envious of you..................... Please resist the temptation to take it out on the salty and icy roads and enjoy it when the road conditions are better than they are at the moment, I think we would all be gutted to hear that a skilled driver had managed to skid on black ice and hit your new car 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I'm having it detailed after the PDI (which involves a short road test). My valeter is inspecting the paint today and I should be able to get it registered tomorrow. As I live only about 2 miles from the dealer, I might have it detailed after it gets home. I guess I could have it delivered to me but I think I'd prefer to drive it myself. I think it will then remain, tucked up nice and warm/dry in the garage until March.
Sad Sad Sad
