Took the ff in for its long awaited (and re-arranged) replacement front bumper today. Got a hire car that I am really pleased about - 5 month old 3500 miles Vauxhall InsigniaTD SRI (thats what the badges say, but Im not so sure). Nice enough and the reason I am pleased - I miss the space/visibility/comfort/driving experience etc of the ff. Driven the Insignia twice and it doesn't matter how I adjust things I still need a shoe-horn to get in and out (Im not that big and relatively speaking it isnt a small car) and you cant see bupkis out of the rear window or door mirrors. I was afraid I might be given something which might make me secretly reluctant to return, but I cant wait to get the ff back. If the Insignia is an example of a modern medium size family car (god knows what a small car would be like) I cant wait to get back in the drivers seat of a 'proper' sized vehicle. And to think I used to run an MGBT...... QUID FACIUM TIBI
