^^ why? Some people might have a parking space/ garage tha make it impossible to photograph there. Seems a rather arbitrary reason to be suspicious but each to their own, I suppose.
If you see a car advertised that's parked in a non-home situation, you could express an interest but insist on viewing the car at the address on the V5 to satisfy yourself they're not a trader. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Exactly as above. Chap lives in a very affluent area of Poole, but with limited parking. We drove it to the same car park he took the pictures.

Seems a very honest car. Stuck a fault code reader on it and it there was nothing untoward. All electrics worked. Couple of scratches on the bodywork, but should buff out. Might be a small problem with the compressor (happy to replace the piston seals myself if required) as it reported to slow to rise after I spent a fair while messing around with the suspension. Tried again after a small drive and it was fine.

£10.5k for a 58reg Vogue SE seems a bit of a bargain. Hope it turns out that way!
