Balls, only bought a can a couple of days ago. Almost worth stocking up a couple at that price.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a technophobe and haven't learned how to link yet.
Anyway, BG244 a lot better than redex, but only use every 10k .
Gives the fuel system a good clean out. Thumbs Up

The eBay seller has zero feedback....
Let us know once you've got it... Cheers, Greg

Can't really go wrong, you'll get your money back through eBay if it don't arrive. If you've used it before you'll soon know if it's fake by the smell.

There are more fakes out there than you can even imagine.

So let us know if it smells 'right' too once you guys receive your orders.

. Cheers, Greg

Looks like the ad has been pulled by eBay
I've ordered but not had the confirmation yet and the PayPal transaction is on hold
As said before eBay will sort any refund out

Your right, ebay have emailed me saying that the item is no longer available.
Haven't lost anything, as ebay hadn't taken payment.
suppose it was too good to be true.
sorry if I mislead anyone. Embarassed
Greg.

Hey Greg - you've not misled anyone, don't worry. Paypal's there to protect us from this stuff anyway. I don't buy batteries off eBay because there was a TV show about all the fakes out there. But there are also chancers 'selling' stuff either off the back of a lorry, or ever non-existant.

I'm not sure how that seller planned to make any money anyway because Paypal will always refund. They will only get people's money if doing bank transfers which are (wrongly) irreversible.

So is that BG244 any good then? Cheers, Greg

I've only ever heard good reports about it.
used it once last year in my ff, I had a fuel injection fault throw up after a long drive, I ordered some of this and haven't had any problems since.
So from my own personal experience, yes it's good stuff.
I was ordering some more this year, just to be sure, cleaning the system out.
I must admit, I've never lost any money from ebay, because of dodgy dealers, and it's only happened once, I had a full refund. Thumbs Up
