Did the Pcv valve, oil separator and all hoses last week. Thought I would do that before I did cam gaskets. Pcv system was horrible. Yellow gunk everywhere and hoses not even attached.

Nasty gunk ! Are your brake calipers sticking on yet and have the handbrake mechanisms fallen out ?

One of thems suspect . Really hot compared to the others so will require investigation..I've seen the kits to repair them so will have 1 on hand..get that done next weeeknd then get my wheels powdercoated and that's my list finished. Getting the timing chains done late summer but I'm leaving that To my brother in law as he's done a few rangeys and that's his trade.. Take my hat off to you doing yours mate, did you ever get to the bottom of the suspect head gasket issue? |
