[For Sale] Guide price

Looking to sell my 56 plate TDV8 it has done 130k and has full service history from LR and a independents,it currently needs a couple of front tyres and it needs a problem with the electric hand brake sorting out, I have had a valuation of £6300 and a part x offer of £4500, it is not completely mint but it is pretty fair for its age. Any ideas, is it worth a new pair of tyres and fix the hand brake and auto trader it, if so how much? Opinions please, unfortunately I need to move it on finances are a bit tight and I need some more economic motoring.

Looking at similar, a realistic sale price would be around £7500?

I'd think that with the necessary work done you'd be into £7500-£8000 as a private sale.
