Hi Mintleaf & Welcome!!!

Perhaps you could tell us your initial thoughts on your ffrr and why you switch over from an RRS?

Some pics would also be nice!!

Thanks Guys,

I have posted some pics in my gallery.

I loved the look of the RRS but the interior quality is terrible, before i bought the RRS i was in a BMW 330ci Sport and a began to miss the build quality.

The FFRR and the RRS are totally different cars, I just love the refinement of the FFRR.

Finally a quick picture...

Hi all,

Just took this this evening - as I'd forgotten to take any external shots of my FFRR before..

It's my latest toy - replacing my trusty 3 year old D3 TDV6 HSE.

Spec: 2009 MY TDV8 Vogue, Buckingham Blue with Ivory/Jet interior, Black Piano Wood, 20" Wheels, Supercharged Grill & Vents.

Also Turbochipped to 322bhp@4000rpm and 740Nm@2000rpm
Nav-TV module just fitted too.

Almost so good I don't miss my trusty grey D3... Big Cry

Cheers

Muddy Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 - L405 (now sadly sold)
BMW i3 (fantastic little runabout)
Kioti NX6010 Tractor
Yamaha Big Bear ATV
And a whole heap of other kit...

Thanks.

l decided not to go the privacy glass route - and am personally glad I did.

I like the clean classic look.

This pic doesn't actually show how blue the paint actually is.

With the TDV8 being so good - I do ask why you'd buy a Supercharged petrol... Whistle

Coz they are Faster , less noisy , cause more pollution , upset more people , and when you say you have a Supercharger , it sounds a lot more Hunkier ...... than" I've got a TDV8 " sounds like the doctor has diagnosed you with something Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Thumbs Up

I've always preferred to go for much longer between any enforced rests and to have far less drama and speed to achieve the same end...
Utimately it's apparently far more satisfying... Laughing Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

And the same goes for the car too. Whistle

They're only just faster - and they're very similar noise wise... as for hunkier well... each to their own.

I'm a diesel fan anyhow - it's difficult not to be on a farm..

Each to their own I suppose (silly me for poking the Supercharged FFRR's with a stick...) Rolling Eyes

Knew one would bite!

Not at all , If the TDV8 would have been out when i got the S/C i would have opted for that , but the sales guy never mentioned release date so i missed out by a few months ..........

Meant to say in earlier post smart looking machine Mr. Green

Kinda hacked off with the S/C anyhow .............. bored with it , thats why i am fannying about with it to see if it will rekindle my interest in it ........... Thumbs Up Yawn
