Bought a 2004 HSE td6 a few weeks ago and have been steadily getting through some jobs on it.

Swapped wheels over to correct 19" ones which were supplied . instead of the 18" that were on it.
Replaced the center fold out cup holder as the old one was finished.
Replaced passenger side vent as all the chrome surround was damaged and some one had tried fixing it with double sided tape !!
Rear washer motor was suffering from water damage and the washer seal had gone , so replaced with a brand new motor.
EGR blanking kit fitted , old egr was in a terrible state.
o/s/f lower control arm bushes were shot , so replaced with a new arm.
4 wheel alignment done.
ABS wheel sensor broke and causing the hdc and air suspension warning , new sensor fitted warnings now all gone.
Replaced all hardware and wiring on the towbar.
Still a few things i want to do but i am happy overall how it has gone.

I would keep hold of your 18" wheels, as they are oe, 19" were fitted to the V8 AFAIK, some resonance issues with oversized wheels on the td6.
But nice motor, and well done with the fixes.

Thanks m8 , the sticker on the drivers door says it can have 19" wheels fitted. Seems fine on them and looks a lot better imho.
