Removing Dash Top Air Vents

Hi

Does anyone have an instructions on how to remove the dash top air vents on a 2010 TDV8 - the centre ones above the nav screen in the middle of the dash?

I've tried pulling, most of the frame seems to come free, but not the adjuster wheel in the middle. I don't want to pull too hard in case something breaks!!!

Cheers

Jon
