The stupid little tw*t in head office who emailed me today and asked why I had ordered 20 litres of floor polish when she thought I could only use 15litres........................... it comes in boxes of 4x 5ltr drums I replied - but you can only use 3 x 5litres in 3 months - no I replied it's cheaper not to split a box so order 4 x 5ltre drums. At 5pm I get a phone call (via satellite at $6 a minute!) asking if I would be prepared to accept 4 drums of 5 lires as it is cheaper not to split a case....................................................................
