When you say give Land Rover a call, do you mean LR Assistance (breakdown), Dealer, Customer Services (no idea on their number) or find a number for Secure? Paul

Try your dealer first, then if no joy call customer services and they will put you through to the incontrol peeps.

Would rather avoid the Dealer as that will no doubt add to my frustration.

I had an issue with my Incontrol showing I needed a service - the RR didn't. Last week the message disappeared. LR might be working on the App to resolve some bugs.
