Hi Guys,

So looking at the MY17 SDV8 AB but been reading on here about MY18 and wondering how big of a change its going to be.

Seen the two articles of the car wrapped in camouflage - doesn't seem to show too many changes.

Are there actually going to be big changes planned for MY18 - I saw in one post it said it was delayed is that accurate when will you be able to put the order in for the vehicle ?

Going off Range Rovers normal form a fuller refresh is about due. I'd guess we were half the way through the current L405 life cycle and they need to keep things fresh. My guess is that engines will get updated and the interior will get a pretty substantial re fettling with some minor exterior alterations so as not to impact too much on residuals.

Yeah - I read through the other two posts on here so I got a rough idea of what might or might not be coming.

I'm guessing they're gonna keep the SDV8 though in the UK at least even with the incoming Ingenium engines as there's no natural replacement for that or the 5L petrol.

Do you have any idea when they might annouce/start taking orders - I can wait for the actual thing to come but I'd want to get things moving sooner rather than later.

After seeing the interior tech on the Velar, I would hope something similar would turn up in the FFRR soon.
