Hi all. Well after many months searching for the right one , here she is. .
Had it about a month now, 109k FSH ,so far so good, very impressed with performance and ride, way better than my old Disco a few years back.
Car has interesting history, having been originally owned by John Caudwell, Phones 4U Founder , spent most of its life on the Ilse of Man , second owner was his Managing Director who used it on the island to take film stars and Vips from the docks at Douglas to studios etc, car then owned by Hotel owner on the island, was then Imported back to the UK by the previous owner
Sept 2015 an engineer who worked at Land Rover Test Center , so as you can imagine its been well sorted and looked after, what swung it for me in the end was the fact its had new geabox +converter 3k ago, new rad,new aircon +pipes, Alternator,compressor, suspension bags , new tyres etc , the list is endless, and the leather is perfect,only thing that does not work is the sat nav player and thats being sorted soon, only thing i have done to it is replace all top door rubber strips with new OEM ones as i could not stand the old bubbly ones.
