Chaps, I've sorted the pdf merging issue, deleted that program as it put 2 x 100 kb files together and made 1500 kb the answer 724 x 100 kb = computer not big enough... so it had to go. I ended up using iLovePDF.. will only do 15 files at a time, but in the end I was left with one big 63.5 mb file!!

Now the question is how do I share it? I did offer it to Landroverweb.com but they have as yet ignored me.. and it's 24 hours since I contacted they so I think they aren't interested.. But I know that there are a lot of Classic owners out there who would find this invaluable, as it's all exploded diagrams, so you can workout how it all goes together... Bit like using an old Haynes manual... but without the oily finger prints everywhere
