Manual relase of Gear Selector

Do any of the Gurus on here know where the 'Manual Interlock Release Tab' is on the 6-speed selector for the 6HP26 gearbox? I knew where it was on my D3, but have no idea on my FF.

The Workshop Manual refers to it, but doesn't state where it is! Rolling Eyes


Tried searching the Forum, to no avail ... Regards,

Isn't it underneath the Gear Lever Gaiter ? certainly was when I had to find it on my TD6 but looking further it is under the cupholders on the 8 speed but I can't for the life of me find anything for the 6HP26 in the L322 Confused 2008 MY Supercharged

I'd be surprised if it isn't under the right rear corner of the gear lever mechanism, in the same spot as the D3/D4 6HP26/28.
