I've seen a couple of used L322s advertised online here in Germany as being first sold here but that have a fire extinguisher fitted to the passenger seat base like in this photo. German cars are not required to have one fitted here.

Always carry one in the back of the car, just a small one, if the fire is any bigger than can be handled with it you should really run away!

Mandatory in Estonia. In addition the extinguisher needs to be inspected once a year and equipped with a sticker indicating the date of the inspection, the date for the future inspection and the inspector's signature. In order to pass the MOT the extinguisher must a.) be in the vehicle, b.) bear the valid inspection sticker and c.) appear to be in working order. |
