Engine miss fire when drive engaged when car is cold

I have a problem when the car is cold is as much as when you start the car from cold it will tick over fine and if the engine is revved while in neutral it is fine but as soon as you put it into drive the engine starts to misfire and the fault shows up as misfire on cylinder 12345678, if you let the car recover from the misfire's it goes back to normal.

Has anyone any idea's to what is going on?
