Honestly, for it's age and the mileage it has covered it's in superb condition. The only thing i can find to moan about is the infotanement system looks dated and to get USB playback i have added a 3rd party system that doesn't support ID3 tags.

People don't seem to be as put off by high mileage in Ireland, or at least I don't think so, anything over 100,000 miles seems to be considered big in the UK.

It's probably because they still remember the "good old days" when BL, Ford, Vauxhall et al stuck mass produced petrol powered inefficient iron lumps in their cars which invariably needed a rebuild or new engine after 60,000 miles It was also the hayday for the engine tuning and rebuilding industry.........wonder why..... Nice FF btw Terry... 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster - Gone, but not forgotten |

Totally agree Rob, not saying more modern engines are indestructible or built to last for ever, but certainly with proper servicing and repairs they certainly have more legs to them.

Yes MOT stations must record the mileage and it is accessible to anyone on the UK government MOT website, including any advisories. 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography
