Changing sat nav maps from UK-Australia

Hi all
Does anyone know if it's possible to change the maps stored in a UK spec L405 sat nav to Australian maps via the updates cd rom if I bought a Australia map update cd from LR ? 2002 - Blue L322 3.0 TD Vogue (Previous)
2006 - Black L322 4.4 V8 Vogue Autobiography (Previous)
2014 - Black L405 3.0 TDV6 Vogue Autobiography (Present)
2014 - Black L405 3.0 TDV6 Vogue Autobiography (Present)

2008 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Rimini Red

You would need to change the CCF files to Australia but otherwise I dont see why not . 2008 MY Supercharged
